Mass Registration

Registration Details

There are only limited seats available for each Mass.
No age restrictions for mass attendance.
When registering, please state ALL the names of people attending. Do not register for multiple seats with the same name. Double entries will be cancelled.
If you are unable to come for mass, kindly cancel your registration so others can register.
After registration, you will get the QR code via the phone app and in your email.
When you come to church, you will need to show this QR code to the registration counter and your seat will be assigned to you on a first come, first served basis.
Registration will be open on Tuesdays at 5:00PM.
Registration will automatically close when the maximum capacity is reached.
Ticket Type: Individual Admission – This ticket only admits ONE(1) PERSON for ONE SEAT.

Post Registration Details

After the online registration procedure, a confirmation email from Eventbrite will be sent to your registered email (Please check your Spam/Junk Mail Folder).
Please download/print the ticket and have it ready for use during the check-in process before attending Mass.
Your ticket from Eventbrite is a PDF attachment which looks like this.
Alternatively, using the same email, you can register an Eventbrite Account and download the Eventbrite App to view & manage your tickets. Play Store (Android) / App Store (iOS)

Check-In Details & Procedure

Please arrive early to facilitate the verification process.
Check-In Counters will be open 1 Hour before Mass starts.
Check-In Counters will be closed 5 minutes before Mass starts.
Church gates will be closed 5 minutes before Mass starts.
Please download MySejahtera App before you come to church.

Procedure

Please maintain physical distancing of at least 1 meter while lining up or asking for assistance with any individual.
Scan the MySejahtera QR Code Premise Poster with your smartphone and show your confirmation receipt to one of the attendants at the Check-In Counters.
Display your confirmation ticket to the attendants at the Check-In Counters to confirm your check-in.
Your seats will be designated by the Hospitality Ministers and you’re required to remain in your assigned seats.

Post Registration Details

If you are unable to attend after registering, please cancel your ticket by following the instructions here OR please inform us ASAP by emailing us at mass@ollklang.org so that we can allocate your seat to someone else.
If you have successfully registered but have not received your confirmation ticket (PDF) from Eventbrite, please inform us ASAP by emailing us at mass@ollklang.org with your phone contact details.
